They met Trung in a networking group and heard great things about him. They decided to give him a try. Trung kept in close communication with them and sent them listings as soon as they hit the market. After a few weeks of working together, they were confident Trung would be able to help them find the right property. They found the fixer upper they’d hoped for, with the goal of updating and selling later for profit. When the right fixer upper house finally came up, Trung got them in to see it right away. They submitted an offer, beat out the competition and got the house.

  Trung is extremely hardworking and time sensitive. He goes above and beyond to find you homes within your guidelines. In a market like Camas, where house supply is low, he alerts you the moment it is on the market and schedules a time to see it right away. He wastes NO time. He knows demand for homes is high and the only way you’ll get it is if you move fast.  We just closed on our home and it was only on the market for two days. If he didn’t act quickly, we would have lost the opportunity to have it. We are now home owners because of his diligence. 

He’s extremely informative, educates you throughout the process and sets the right expectations. He’s also very honest, friendly and fun to be around. When you have to home shop for hours, that’s a huge plus. We were never pushed to make a decision or felt sold to. He’s not looking to close a deal quickly and truly wants the best for his clients. It’s a process (ours took months) and he’s very patient and caring through the journey. He went above and beyond the entire time even till the end (yes, this beautiful bouquet of congratulation flowers just arrived from him)!
